I upgraded my PSU and Graphic cards and am running  SLI.

I had a 120mm fan that I had previously installed in the area located at the bottom of the case. Now with the larger power supply I had to remove the fan.   It Will  not  physically fit any more.

As I was looking for a place to move it to I noticed that the holes on the fan line up with the holes in the front knock outs just above the hard drives and below the optical drive.

The question I have is that if I move that fan there will it mess up the air flow in the case.

Here is some pictures of what I'm talking about

I have the fan just loose here so you can see where it would go

This is the knock outs . the fan will be on the inside

Right now i just have one extra exhaust fan on the top of the case

Here is my set up

As long as you face the fan the right way
Depends if your trying to blow in air, or take it out.

Pffff.  Not really worth the extra noise for 1-2 c but the fan LED would look nice there.

sorry I meant the difference of having it blow in or out, how much difference the fan itself will make no matter which way its faced, I'm not sure about, more airflow is always welcomed
