HI! i am brand new to having a great computer to game with,I was just wondering about Supersampling Graphics option, On my old computer it was simply off, but now i need to decide whether to use the 4.00x and get around 25 to 40 frames per second, or use the 2.50x and get 60 to 65 frames. Which would you do? why?

For me personally, the lighter supersampling would be my pick. I'd rather have the higher fps, and on a 1920x1080 monitor, I don't think the difference in Supersampling smoothing out the egdes would be all that noticable.
The Supersampling on high even stresses out higher end cards that your gtx660ti and is probably more for a sli setup.
