HM install Prio after install in task manager under processes you can put the mouse on each process and see what that svchost is running

I have 13 of these running on mine.  I dl'd the program and it looks as if all of them are hosts to Windows programs of some sort or another.  How do you know, if any, which programs to end or not?  Also, why are most in green and some in red?  I noticed that my Linksys is in red, so is the Prio program, but most are green.

the red ones have no digital signature so prio can't identify it

honestly not sure what they are, you would know best, you can make your number of processes lower by editing your startup list from ccleaner's startup section.
