What would cause my system to beep, and have to be turned off/restarted for it to stop.. It just happens out of random.. and I'm looking at the temp, and everything seems good..? It just start out of nowhere to beep beep beep ect.. Can I unplug the thing making the noise or will that cause damage to the computer..?

It's probably your mobo speaker. But it would only beep if something is changing/wrong.

Everytime it is about to happen, my side fan light dems, and then the fan slows down.. and then on the front panel the DAN RPM light and little toggle thingy goes off and then the fan goes off, and it starts beeping.. But I dont know what would care this..

It might also just be an alarm that the case fan is crapping out. I had an issue like that with one of my DSO boxes. Just had to replace the fan.

Have you added any cards to the MB? I have seen that my MB would beep for no reason because of some issues with some cards. But I agree with all above there could be many reasons. The fans are a good indicator the PS is going bad or something is taking up a hellava lot of power. If you have your configuration handy maybe someone here can spot something.
