Has anyone used Macrium Reflex to create a full system image backup in Windows 10? How did it work if you had a system failure?

I can't think of a PC (including my current DS computer)that I have owned over the years that didn't have some kind of a system failure that caused a reinstall of windows apps, etc. I keep all of my data on external Raid 1 drive systems. I did have a software program some years ago and when I needed it, it didn't work.

Couple of systems ago, I had a Macrium clone, but I never needed to use it. I know this sounds perhaps kinda fanboy, but the truth is, I've not had a system failure since becoming a DS customer in 2010.

I am a heavy user of Macrium Reflect. I find it a real simple mechanism for keeping Windows from getting obese with junk and other unwanted items such as broken Windows updates.

I've made the following images: OS as received from DS; OS after drivers and windows updates; OS after games installed; and recurring/routine updates after GPU driver/Windows updates.

Fact is I can return to an image prior to a broken update. If things get so bad that I need to reinstall the OS, first thing I install is Macrium and install the image file. That easy.

I don't keep alot of image files. I kept one as a baseline and then delete newer images as they are updated. If you have never used Macrium, here is a simple video to get you started:
