We're excited to announce that we now be offering customer support 7 days a week from 9AM to 5PM (PST). This will allow our customers to get help on the weekends. This will also help reduce the influx of calls on Mondays.
This has been something we wanted to do a for a while, glad that we're now making it possible. |

That's definitely great news! I would think it could be tough if something happens on Friday and you need to wait until Monday. Congrats to DS!

So does this mean you'll have technicians working on PCs over the weekends or just answer questions and troubleshooting over the phone?

Definitely good news. I've seen customers here on the forums who are not happy with the weekend closure, so that should definitely help improve your customer service.

This also reduces the influx of calls the team gets during the week. Our team is more available to help customers immediately.

Sounds great! However, I just called tech support around noon today (Saturday) and the message said that your hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday. ???

We just changed over to a new phone system, looks like incoming calls were not set to our latest hours and schedule. The team has been reaching out to customers on the weekend and following up on emails and help requests.
I'll have that resolved now. |

Thank you for letting me know.
I should also add that when I tried to call you, your phone number didn't seem to be listed in the manual or paperwork that came with my system and I couldn't get online because I couldn't boot my new computer (finally figured out how to get it to boot up on my own - DRAM issue...), so I called directory assistance (Comcast) and the only number that they had listed for Digital Storm was: (510) 438-9445 which generated, when dialed, a "this number is no longer in service" message. Just thought you might want to know this. Have a great day! |

That is really great news! As someone who works M-F during your tech support hours that means a lot. If I need support I won't have to take a day off now!

Is it normal just to get constant busy signals? No hold system on your phone lines?

That issue was resolved with additional lines added. This should no longer be present.
