Not sure if this is good or not.
Using Real Temp GT on both my systems. On my Behemoth laptop I have: 49,50,49,47 ('C) on my cores. With 52,54,52,52 to TJ Max. Thermal status says ok. On my Cube I have 35,32,25,36,32,40 ('C) and 67-70 before reaching TJ Max. Cube is good. It has 11 fans and LC.
If I switch to fahrenheit on the laptop the alarm sounds(Real Temps alarm). I have done a sensor test etc. Should I be concerned about my Behemoth? My computer room is always cool. I have fans under my laptop. My ceiling fan is on. I'm cold and it's 48 outside (Brrrr). I know that 37 'C is 98.6 'F and if I had a patient with a 48 'C they would be dead because thats 120F!
Oh and those temps are not under load just normal 3D background. |

Hi RPGer.... Your laptop temps are good. Plenty of headroom. A true test is to check them under load. That'll tell what's really going on.
Laptops always run hotter than desktops, just their nature and confinement, especially in your case with the Cube and its plethora of fans.
Have fun. Ignore Fahrenheit. Just makes everyone nervous. Centigrade is the standard. Edited by bprat22 - 08 Dec 2015 at 5:35pm |
