We recently just integrated our new mail server into our website. This should solve a lot issues where our customers would not receive any emails from our automated system.

For example, when you customized a computer (http://www.digitalstormonline.com/comploadsaved.asp?id=157983) and requested to have the configuration emailed to you, it would never arrive.
 
If you had that issue, where email from our domain would not reach your in-box, please try customizing a computer, saving the configuration, and having it emailed to yourself.
 
Let us know if that problem is still there or it has been resolved...

Woah Widdlecat. Thats almost the exact same system i ordered. Only difference is the cpu (i ordered the 2.83 intel chip) and got the 4870 ati card instead of the 4850.

Ok I just went through stage 1-5 and got my first  automated email lol. Check your email regarding my order too please alex. My email is about supreme commander and it was sent from "Jim".

I believe in supporting the underdog in this situation as otherwise Intel totally unleashed could make life less friendly for the consumer... I put my money where my mouth is when it comes to fighting big corporations. heheh. It may not perform as well for gaming as Intel, but AMD chips still will play well enough. I'm not into competitive gameplay. I just play for fun! Smile

Could this be why I've been in Stage 1 so long? Though I've been checking the Customer Service thing too and it also says Stage 1, so I'm still thinking DSO is just swamped right now cause of the new Laptops?

Give us a call, it might be on back order for a part that we been told is coming in from suppliers and it keeps getting pushed back.

When you call you get an option for Sales, Customer service, and Tech Support. Customer Service seems like the best choice.
