I purchased a DS computer about a month ago. There are several different reason why I chose DS, one of them being the response to forum questions by qualified staff.
I had some minor hiccups with my computer when it first arrived. The DS costumer service rep answered my call within minutes and helped me fix the minor problem I had. It was a relief to get a person who, a. spoke proper english, and b. who helped me ever so quickly.
If you are looking over these forums deciding if DS is a legitimate option for your next computer,  I highly recommend them. My minor problems with my system were solved within 15 minutes of my computer being out of the box.
I would personally like to thank Dave at digital storm.  I have now talked to him twice, and found him to be extremely helpful and fixed any problems I had,  in a courteous manner, within minutes.

Thank you Digital Storm,

Big W

There are about 320 forum members which represents only a small fraction of the people who have bought computers from DSO since the forum opened August 1. Of those members, 100 have never posted, and around 100 have posted more than 10 times.

I've got to admit I don't understand folks making this kind of specialized gaming computer purchase and not being interested enough to participate in the forum at least for a while. Maybe they're too addicted to WOW.

Hey Alex or Kelly or Dave or Robert or Kenny:

Care to share with us your production stats?
How many total systems have you put out since oh say, the first of August 07?  There is strength in numbers, and lurkers may feel more secure knowing just how many of us there are who have gone before them...

I'm afraid that information is Confidential bfrank, but I can tell it's been a lot. I'd like to say over a thousand, but I'm not really allowed to say anything. Wink

I have to agree that the Forums is a bonus factor not to be ignored when considering where to get your next machine.  It was one of the deciding factors for me.  I look forward to more postings once i get my "build" which is now in Stage 2...WOOT.   And yes, i do spend way to much time in WoW, at least uintil Crysis comes out.
