I have been a DS customer for 2 years now, and my rig is still running very very strong.  I called DS the other day needing some hardware installation assistance, and once again DS rose to the occasion taking time out of their day to help me with an upgrade.  You were great 2 years ago and continue to be.  You'll definitely be getting my "soon-to-be" laptop business, and as many referrals as possible.  Keep rock'n. Ermm

Thanks for that update, as a customer it makes feel great to hear 2 year old customer as happy as I imagined myself to be in 2 years, ever single customer that shares their experience here makes me feel better and better about DS

I will be coming back as well and Ive been sending people this way for custom rigs.. I took a picture on my phone and when I show people they go nuts hehe..

Ds Def has the best customer service ive ever seen.. I spoke with them recently and had some issues resolved really quick. (faulty burner, bent sidepanel broken fan.)
