You probably don't notice or probably don't care, but you remember that binder you give me when you ship out the computer? the binder with the recover discs and 3 other related CD's? and a print out of what my specs are?

After 9 months, i needed it and being a clumsy person that would scatter everything while trying to reformat, your binder saved me, it's all there!

Also, you included some instructions on how to do it as well. I haven't thoroughly read it but i'm pleased at the fact there're some instructions for me.
