A lot of people are in the same boat. I ordered mine January 8th and I'm still on stage 1.

Some of it amounts to transparency issues, but at the same time, some of it involves not knowing how the supply flow from other companies will be. The products listed for sale have just been released mid-pandemic. Digital Storm could only assume the flow based on previous product releases.

Some personal customer intuition has to be used as well in your part. I knew that GPUs were not available across the board in today's market, so I just went with the most common, basic, GPU option in my order, going for the GPU I already have at home instead. That might not have been enough to prevent delay on my order based on another missing part, but it can't hurt.

What you can do is call them and switch parts. If you have the brand new AMD CPUs or either new Nividia or AMD GPUs, you're guaranteed to hit a delay.

Even without parts that have delays you will be sitting in the back of the line. Multiple posts on this forum with people in that exact scenario.

For me, customer service has been great. Besides the wait time to get out of stage 1 (due to the backlog) everything has been perfectly fine. Every time I would call, they would answer. Every time I sent an email, they would answer. If you emailed one person and they don't respond, you didn't try to email them back again? Yea waiting in line sucks, but due to shipments and backlog nothing you can do is wait.
