I never understood what these were ever for, but I have literally found them in every single computer with Windows XP and 7. Not confirmed with Vista yet, but I'm sure it's there. Anyways, go to:

C:\Windows\Media

and look for the files

"onestop"
"town"
"flourish"

They're full length MIDI songs, not just 1-2 second long sound effects.
