After about two months with my DS rigg I can give a review that has its ups and downs but is thorough. Ok so I have known for ten years I was getting a good chunk of cash on my 30th b-day and have needed a new pc for about 3 years. I planned to go with Alienware until they became Dellienware that is. I researched pc co's for a year or so but none of them offered the config I wanted. Some were close but were vary overpriced. It was kind of discouraging but around July I was reading a Maximum PC mag when I turned the page there was a DS add and a few pages later was a review of the Benchmark Crusher. After reading it I thought yeah right all companies say they are all about pleasing the customer but DS is much more then that!! It is more like they want you to join the DS family. They stand buy their word, help you get more for your money, even help you save money on your Rigg and best of all they will(unlike other companys) make shure you get whatever parts you even if they have to order it. Part one ends hear. Part two will talk about issues I have had and how DS went beyond the call.

Part two After I found DS I almost did not buy from them but what clinched the deal was the DS office is only an hour away from where I live which = no shipping and easy tech support. So I set my bugit at $2000 and started config different riggs. On Oct. 8 I phoned my order in which ended up being $1400 over my bugit. The tech I placed my order with told me DS only uses EVGA GPU/mobo's in their pc's which is what I wanted and what started all of my first issues. Two weeks later after driving Chris crazy with questions I called in a config change and found out DS did NOT use EVGA they used XFX parts which made me upset cause that is not what I wanted. After speaking to Chris I decided to take a chance with a XFX mobo. BIG mistake!! 8 hours after I brought my rigg home my raid0 HDD's failed and cleared my OC settings from my bios( it was my own fault not DSes for getting raid0 when I knew how touchy it is). I spoke to Alex and ask to change my drives to 1 raptor drive and he was more then happy to help and upgraded me to a new Vraptor drive for free. Next the POS XFX mobo started not posting and crapping out. So I emailed Jason on a Saturday night about it and he called me around 930am the next morning and took 30mins+ out of his sunday to try and help me out. After a few emails I asked him if I could switch the XFX mobo for an EVGA of my choice. He had it in the office with in three days and two days later I spent the day at DS wile Duke installed and tested it. Wile I was playing cod4 In the DS loung he gave me almost hourly status updates and also took me to the testing room to explain the tests and ram issues. Wile in the loung I could hear the DS tech crew having a great time laughn, joken and helping out some of the DS family having issues. They went way beyond the call and I saw for the first time a company that cares and does not say onething and do another. I they say it they do it!!!!! Part2 over

Part three. I could do about 5 parts to my review but I will stop at 3. My rigg runs great. Better then I was hoping for. I have a small heat issue but cause It is a DS rigg I do not have to worry. They stand behind there riggs and will take care of it if it needs it. To anyone considering a DS rigg, if you want quility, good prices, a truely custom pc with any part on the market and a company you can trust to stand by there word then you found them!!! Also if anyone wants to know how amazing DS really is I will tell you what you do not get to see(what goes on after you hang up with tech support). DS FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!
