The Shipping Time

I am confident about this company, and I am trying my best to be patient, but I am on day nine of waiting and I haven’t received any update and when I sign in with my order number it says I am still on Step 1. Is there any ways to receive a more accurate time of completion? My second job is reliant on me having a functioning pc and the wait with no updates is low key stressing me out, any help would be appreciated!!!!
