Thinking of getting new monitor...

Last year, when I got my DSO smoker rig, I decided that no killer system was going to be allowed to be hooked to my old 19 " CRT, so I came to you people on the boards to ask what was a very good 22" flat screen to compliment my rig.
 
Due to all the input, I ended up getting a Samsung, Syncmaster, 226bw and I can tell you that I absolutely LOVE it.  It was great advice here that lead me to buy it.
 
Anyway, like the rest of us junkies here, I have decided to go big again! (hell, I finally went out and bought me a new BIG desk, so I need to fill up the vast space!)
 
I am thinking about 24 " to 27" or so and want to know, again, your opinions as to what the best monitor for highend gaming would be for my system, in your opinons!  Within reason, money is not an object, I just want the best monitor for that money!
 
As before, any input would be appreciated and welcomed.

LG along with a couple others were fined for price fixing LCD monitors...

yeah im in the market to and am deciding between a 30 inch dell refurb for 750$ or getting 2 t260's  samsung (25.5 inch 409$ each on new egg) in dual monitor. Although I would like to go 27.5 inch but can't seem to find a nice monitor of that size. what monitors have you been looking at

I have an Acer 22" X223W. Got it for xmas and loving it. HUGE compared to my old 17" Dell lcd.
Q9550 @ 3.4Ghz for now
