I have been an owner of Aliewnare for the past 3-4 years... There phone support is OK. But the main reason I stuck with them for so long is becuase when some would break or couldnt figure out. They would ship it back and fix it. I always paid Nothing for this. They took care of all repairs and replacement parts. The only way they would not take care of it, is if you installed one single thing yourself (extra Video Card/Sound card, etc).
 
My question, how does DS handle Repairs?
 
Do you pay for the repairs, etc?
 
I noticed something on the site about buying a part from newegg and having them install it. So that count for extra Video Cards and other hardware?
 
What happens if you install a Video Card or Sound Card not from them?
 
If someone could please answer these, it would greatly be appreciated. I'm VERY impressed with these machines, and heard such great things about them. Just wanna grab a little more info before hitting the big button. Thanks, Blake.

shipping is covered for 30 days, every time system comes back to you.

but out side of that you pay shipping.
