at Cyber power PC, makes me sad when their entire forum is devoted to ppl who complain about being ripped off,

Ya but people also have to do their homework a bit better also, when I was doing my research for a reputable builder, I came across them, looked them up, saw all the complaints, and ran lucky I finally came across DS and did research on them, then I moved in, next week my couch get here

yea but it would seem that most ppl browse at sites worse than CP then come to CP and say "well at least its not as bad as _blank_ site" so they order it anyway

and the idiots keeping shipping it back  thinking it will be fixed like 4 times
its stupidity but i feel bad for them ;'(

well they need to expand their search, otherwise like you say they are banging their head against the wall and keep complaining they got a headache

I am a member of cyberpowerpc forum...I am soooo tired of hearing about broken, parts, parts changed without permission, refurb parts....People sending back their rig and getting it back just as broken as when they PAID to ship it back....This forum is like a breath of fresh air......Cool

Imo.. An informed buyer would never make the mistake of buying from cyberpower or ibuypower. Just look at the BBB report lol..

My search for the ultimate gaming pc lead me here and I couldn't be more happy.Ouch

Who said that the general public was ever smart enough to be an "informed" buyer.  Most just buy on impulse and what catches their eye.

I have to admit it took me quite a while to find DS and the wait has been worth it. If for no other reason than the forum here is awesome and the advice is great.
