Trade the 5900X on backorder, which will NEVER be better for gaming, for a 5800X on an MSI Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard. You could upgrade on that board if you ever wanted to.
Ditch the SATA SSD 860 for the 5-10 times faster M.2 NMVe 500GB Firecuda for Storage Set 1. Get the 860 Evo for Set 2. Much better than HDD. "Disabling and tweaking" Windows ia a total waste. Research your choice of GPU. For high-end results at 1440p, the 3070 is is the better choice for the money. The "internal lighting" is free.
