I plan on getting a 22" monitor. Is there any bottlenecking that you can see? I'm leaning towards the 9800 GX2 since it's been performing well, or should I consider SLI'ing two different cards? Will Vista 32mb run fine with this setup? I basically want to play games at max settings with smooth gameplay. ;) I was leaning toward higher end hardware but I figure if I'm sticking with a 22" monitor, I won't be getting the full benefit of it. |

your powersupply will probably limit you to using only one GX2. A 22incher should be good for your card, it can handle somewhat high resolutions which is where those cards really start to stand out.
The rest looks good, I assume you are overclocking yourself ? And am I the only one that likes Red Cathodes?

Is it worth going to 790i and DDR3? Or is that excessive in today's market?
