I do all the services things at Black Vipers site
but the site above is what really made a difference. Shutting off Performance counters, user tracking and a bunch of other things. It is a notebook review site but I have a desktop with XP pro and did all the tweaks with no problems. I never knew Admin. Tools had so many hins to tweak
