 I ordered an Aventum II on Sept.22. It has been at stage 4 since Sept. 24.  I called today and was told that they would find out the status of the build and call me right back. That was a little more than 2 hours ago. Is this normal?

I sometimes wonder if even though our build is moving along, stage updates fall by the wayside. For example, I had a similar situation with my build last week (though not quite as long as yours) where it was hung up in stage 3 for over a week. I reached out to Alex, and he responded by the end of the business day. Within 2 minutes of his response, I received emails that my order had gone from stage 4, and then right to stage 5.
 
If you reached out to them via phone, I'm sure they will be in contact. If not, I would call again just before end-of-business (PST), or shoot Alex an email. Good luck!

That's one epic system you ordered. I do see that you called in to ask for a status update, and the team is inquiring about it with the Production Manager, sometimes it can take longer if the Manager is out of the office in which he is, he will be back later on today.

Also, in regards to a status changing, that's just because when customers inquire, sometimes the status is manually updated which may make it seem like it moved after the call. However the stage update emails can be slower when they go through normal stages.
