Hello, do I get assigned a tracking number when my PC ships out? Or will it be here when it gets here kinda thing? It's going over seas so I'm kind of paranoid about it not reaching me for some reason

I just heard back, we should be shipping this today. You'll get tracking information within 1 business day. Since it's an APO via USPS, it's a little more tricky to ship out quickly. In addition it was a Bolt which we were very backed up on.
Sorry for the delays, it'll be all worth it in the end!

Hey Alex. Question: Since the OP ordered a Bolt system and they said they've been waiting 44 days and it's finally shipping, and I also ordered a Bolt system which you say Digital Storm is very backed up on. Is the average wait time for a Bolt system around one to one 1/2 months? Just trying to get an idea of when my system might ship as well?

We've caught up on Bolt orders. There was a delay due to us waiting for the paint finish to complete on the latest batch.
Your system should be shipping within 10 business days. |

Usually what happens is a number is assigned for your system and the carrier is notified that a pickup is ready. Only when the carrier scans the package is the numbered entered into their system and shows up in tracking as it is now officially on the move.

Google sometimes has a hard time looking up USPS tracking numbers. Try going to the official USPS website and tracking it there. Here is a direct link for you:

USPS is always behind on updates. I would not worry too much. If it does not change in the next 1-2 business days, give them a call and have them place a tracker on it for you to see where it is.
If they can't help, let us know, we'll do our best to take care of you.
