I am awating my brand new Digital Storm computer, and would like suggestions about how to transfer everything from the old one to the new. What program(s) work well (and are easy for a non-tech like me). Thanks for any input.

I don't know about programs.

I just got my new PC from DS today. Still working on it.
I, like before, use an external SSD to move my files from my old PC to my new one. Of course, I get it all moved over to the external SSD before my new PC gets here.

First, I get my desktop the way I like it to look. Then I get my internet going and set up my email. Then I start downloading my fav. programs if I hadn't already got the install files on my external SSD.

The last thing I do is re-install games, there too, some I just copy the game files from my old PC to the SSD and then move them from there to the new PC.

I am sure others might have suggestions on programs. Remember, Google is your friend.
