I have two DS desktops. One is a 5 year old 32 bit the other a 3 year old 64 bit system. The MB in the older computer has gone bad (no signal to the monitor). I would like to transfer hardware from the newer computer to the older one. I will then upgrade the newer computer (it has a better tower).
I would like to transfer the mother board, cpu, memory, and video card to the older computer. I will buy a new hard drive with Wind 7, 64 for the old computer to handle the new hardware.
Other than loading the drivers on the new hard drive what problems am I going to run into?
Any advice will be appreciated.
One other item, two of my usb ports on the front of my Cool Master HAF 932 tower have broken. Would Cool Master sale the plate to replace the usbs?

Hmm I don't think you would run into any problems. Make sure your old psu can handle the new hardware. And about the cooler master usb panel I would imagine they would but if not you could always get a pci backplate with usb ports on them
