Yeah, I had read some articles on performance almost a couple of months ago.  They were getting a 3DMark06 of 14,000+ at 2560x1600 (I believe).  Reading the guru3D article now..

you get the tri -SLI, I take it you can't have a soundcard.  WOW that sucker has got to let off a lot of heat, you could probably cook a steak on that thing.

That's why you get liquid cooling and single slot brackets.  I mean, if you can afford triple SLI, you should be able to afford to cool it ;)

As you know, low resolutions are bottle-necked by the processor. You can't show the true power of triple SLI with a QX6850 at 3.6GHz on a 680i. When you step to a 780i with a QX9650 running at 4.2GHz on (AIR) then you can really see how big of a performance boost it can provide.
