I tried to get ahold of DS Sales yesterday between 2pm and 5pm PST with no luck. First I tried sarah's ext. and left a message. I then tried to call anyone in sales with no luck. The phone rang like 20 times everytime i called before voice mail. I then placed my order online to make sure I got the 15% off. Becouse I wanted a 200mm fan added I heard that a sales rep has to call me now for the order to go though. I was just wondering when this will happen and if you were closed yesterday?
I'm not a great writer so my post might sound like I'm mad but thats not the case. just wondering what I should do now. Very excited to get this order though and I'm sure it was very bizzy there.

they could been closed yesterday because of presidents day
try calling them today

They were not closed yesterday.....I called and spoke with Robert about my order.....I find that if you call and select option 3 for customer service, you will usually get someone....but they could have been very busy yesterday and I did call fairly late in the day so....anyways...they were open yesterday.....usually only the government, schools, post office, and banks are closed on federal holidays....

Thats weird, I didn't have any messages on my voicemail yesterday. So I do apologize that you where not able to get a hold of me! I am glad you got your order in though! I will make a note to add the additional 200mm fan for you as well.

@Loneshadow, I'm sorry if it was difficult getting a hold of us this Monday. Our sales team was very busy with the influx of calls about the 'Presidential' sale, and our phone staff was busy catching up with the messages customers left over the weekend.
