Budget is $10,000 give or take a few.
I'm going to be using it for BF3, Skyrim, rendering videos in Sony Vegas Pro 10, and a few moer stuff.
I prefer liquid cooling.
Which is better? The HAF X 942 or Hailstorm Chassis.

ur gpu power is based on the monitors resolution, its the most important thing.
the higher the resolution the more vram u need. first things first, find out wat the native resolution is, to the monitor(s) u'll b gaming on, man 10k on a system u can cut tht in half and wouldn't notice the difference in gaming performance fyi

btw welcome to DS Awesome

Hi Astrotechnics.....We already discussed this under your other post..."Very well Rounded PC".

It's about the same, except you mentioned water cooling.  Do you mean the H100 closed loop type, or true water cooling as in Stage 6 with cpu and gpu's with water blocks?

For air cooling and H100 the HafX is tops.  For stage 6 cooling the Hailstorm , 800D, would be best.

Keep in mind we are real close, supposedly, of Nivida's new gpu's being released.
