I've been searching through Newegg and I'm trying to decide which monitor I want to buy.
I want a 24 inch but I'm not sure if my configuration will be enough for that or if I need to go bigger.
Samsung looks like it has a lot of promising ones, and Acer seems to have a good one, too.
I've already looked through the Recommended monitor thread which is how I've come to start thinking about this.
Help is much appreciated. Can't freakin' WAIT to get my computer.

First DS told me not to oc my gpu with out watercooling it first. For $439 I picked up a samsung t240 at best buy and Ilove it for gaming. have no issues with but with text the top inch is slightly darker but you only notice it at first. If you have $650 I recommend the 245t. I would have gotten the 245t but ibought a samsung ln52a850 hdtv at the same time as I bought the monitor.

Well, I honestly don't know why I OC'ed my GPU...it's already on stage 6 so if it gives me problems, I'll send it back in.  And I found out AFTER I ordered that the HAF was pretty much already stage 3 cooling...oh well.  I'll most likely go with one of the Samsungs when I get back.

thats cool, like I said, its a great PC OC is just settings, you can call them and ask them to not do it, its no big deal at all, you might get a cooler case which then might give you better OC speeds
