I dont exactly know what OC can do for performance. If I did do the twisterboost stage 3 option, will i notice a big performance increase.

well Overclocking a computer takes it's rated speed and forces it to run faster.  see my links on Extreme Overclocking and you will see what kind of performance you'll receive.

well, I also posted TONS of stuff under performance related on overclocking and, there's plenty of other reading material on the interweb. 

But, if you can't pick out anything from those videos, then you probably don't need your pc Overclocked anyway.
