   Hi all - long time no post.  As a break from the usual complaint / help request / fawning over a new system posts here, I thought I would just simply let you know that my DS system is running smoothly and without problems for well over a year now.  It is our general use family computer and multi-media entertainment hub. 

Not that it was without issues in the beginning, which required some creative thinking to overcome, but those issues were resolved.  It turns out there was some component incompatibility going on inside the Silverstone tower.  The incompatibility was eliminated by eventually reaching the right person who correctly prescribed a motherboard replacement/upgrade.  Harjit is the DS employee responsible for this corrective action.  He is a credit to the company and a good example of commitment to customer service.  A phrase I like to use, after working in the business world for as long as I have is, "Most people are concerned with CMA rather than TCB."  That definitely did not apply to Harjit.  His concern was solving the problem, period.  And my system has run perfectly, daily, since then.
