Since my last one arrived with a dent on it, Newegg took real good care of me... took 5 days roughly to file a claim, approve the claim, and ship out a new one. As I sent the old one out for RMA, Newegg informed that i wasn't supposed to pay for shipping, UPS was supposed to pick up the old one and drop off the new one... so they gave me a credit of 70$, and overnighted my U3011 monitor.... this thing will complement my DS rig once i order it soon! Now i'm sitting here waiting for the UPS guy to get here... hopefully this one shows up with no damage.
