Probably other forums i could ask this on, but the people here are nice so.... lol I set up a folder on a 2nd user account on my computer to be write only. The only thing USER2 can do with it is drop files into it. When i try to pluck the files out as USER1 (the admin user), every file forces me to change the ownership of the file AND then change the permissions so i can access it. Ive been googles the hell out of this all day, and cant find anything that looks helpful, so maybe someone here can help me out. Just wondering if there is a way to make it so i dont need to change the ownership AND permissions for each file that i need to take out of this folder. Oh, and for context; I work for a security company, and i have my minions do reports. I want them to be able to use a blank form on their user account on the desktop, fill it in with their own info., then when they are done with it, drop it into that folder i mentioned. I dont want them looking at older or other employee reports, which is why im trying to set this up to begin with. Damn microsoft for not adding a simple password option for files. That's all i really want, but not enough to want to dump $40 into some file protection software. Thanks in advance everyone, much obliged for any help.
