My daughters gaming pc is stuck on this UEFI bios utility screen, I tried a thousand things to fix it. She’s only had her digital storm gaming pc for less than a year! Any ideas what’s wrong? I need help!

Getting stuck at the BIOS can have all sorts of causes, do you know what happened right before the PC got stuck on that screen?

In the meantime I'd call Digital Storm technical support directly, as they will be able to walk you through a series of troubleshooting tasks over the phone and start an RMA/etc. if necessary.

Yeah she was playing a game, Minecraft and watching YouTube. She said it just suddenly switched to the screen. I tried to unplug everything, restarted it at least 15 times. Plus I followed a bunch of tutorials from various websites. I’m not tech savvy, but I can follow instructions. I don’t know what else to do. One thing that I was thinking was she was running out of storage. Could that be a problem. I need to order her more storage, which I’m working on.

It's very unlikely low storage is getting you stuck at the BIOS screen. Contact DS and save yourself the headache of trying a myriad of fixes. Strong
