you don't have to send back, just call them, and they can walk you through it.

For some reason my OC went back to stock once, and DS told me that if your OC was done at DS it is saved in the profile in the BIOS. it took a whole 2 minutes and it was back to OC'ed
What the hell happened to my profile picture?!?!??!?

Here are the steps that I had to do to restore my OC
To renable an overclock if it is dissabled we will need togo in to bios to make changes
to get in to bios, restart your computer when it comes back on start repeatedly pressing the delete key. this will bring you to a blue screen with yellow or green text. This will be the bios screen once in bios go to <Frequency/ Voltage Control> in this menu you will see <Save Profile> and <Load profile> down toward the bottom of the screen. go to <load profile> load from profile 1 hit <Esc> key to go back to the main menu you entered bios from, go to save and exit setup and tell it yes you want to exit save and exit. the overclock shoudl now appear on initial post when you start the computer you can double check this by checking the settings in windows. Let me know if this works for you.......
