   I think I have the computer I want picked out but I am not sure as to what I actually need.  I am by no means computer literate, I know just enough to get me in trouble.  Basically I want a desktop that will laugh at any game I throw at it on the highest graphics setting for several years.    I think this will more than do but I have a few questions.

1.  How does the over clocking work?  Is it all the time, go through a menu, or go through several lines of program code?  

2.  If I don't use the over clock do I need the liquid cooling system?  I plan on running at least 4 eve online accounts, if not 5.

	My budget is around 3,000. And I want to use the highest graphics possible. Up to now I have been a broke high school and college student. Now im a 2nd Lt. in the army and can actually afford to buy something that laughs at high demand graphics.

	If by resolution you mean screen I plan on having two flat screens near 16X18
