Alternatively, here's one based on my build which I just received this Fri. It's slightly cheaper even though it includes a watercooled Titan XP instead of the 1080. It uses a 6700k CPU which is fine for gaming, though more cores may be helpful for development.

FYI, this build has 16G RAM, make sure you adjust that and other components to match your requirements. I didn't check in detail if there's any other big differences.
