Hi SnakePlisskin,
There are a few things you should consider. 1. Your Mobo will support SLI so you can add a second 580. You do have a problem with your case. You bought a LC case and have air cooled GPUs. You might have to add some addition air flow to do SLI. DS can help you with that. 2. You can change your cooler and go for a stage 2 OC. 3. You can replace the 580 with a 680 when they are available. Frank |

hehe... Me too. I was definitely going to get the new nvidia 680 "Kepler" card, but I thought it might be bottlenecked by my cpu. Thanks for the replies and recommendations so far. |

Keep in mind that if the information circulating around is true you will only be able to use the new NVIDIA GPUs at PCI 2.0 speeds. It will still surpass the 580, but you won't see its full potential.

I think you could also upgrade your memory (RAM) if your motherboard supports it. Maybe two 8 GB DDR3's for a total of 16 GB? Just a thought...
