Upgrading some hardware on a budget (for gaming)

   Hi,

I am looking to spend around $300-400 dollars.

Here's my current specs:

Nvidia 9800 GTX

4 GB RAM DDR2

Intel Core Duo 2.4GHz

750W power supply

I know it's old.

I mainly want to play Diablo 3 on max. I am thinking about upgrading my processor (I Don't think I'll need a new video card for this, but I could be wrong). So I'd need a new motherboard, memory and processor for it.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
