I've been using a CyberPower* UPS in my home office since 2010 and aside from replacing the battery have had an excellent experience with it, and the battery replacement wasn't really a problem as it was well within the normal battery replacement window, in fact it was at the upper end of it. In professional settings I've used APC, CyberPower, and Tripp Lite and haven't seen any noticeable differences in failure rates or performance between them, though I have to stress I've also never been someone who works extensively with them either.

Might have to be ordered when ordering the pc. Don't think you can order by itself. Years ago DS had a section where they offered a bunch of parts for sale. No more.

You can get the APC in a bunch of places.

Per the configurator the APC unit is $229 from Digital Storm. It can be found under the "Surge Protector" selection in the configurator.

I was just providing that as reference in case you wanted to see the specs for yourself. My guess is if you're really wanting to buy it from Digital Storm they will sell you just the UPS, perhaps not at that price point though since that probably factors in the sell of a PC too, but I don't know. The unit is also cheaper elsewhere even at $229.
