hiya,

I have a ASUS X99 - Deluxe ( Intel X99 Chipset ) motherboard in my Obsidian 550D chassis from 2015. Does this motherboard support adding a usb-c card..?

you can use a PCIe Gen3 (i believe) adapter card to USB-C Hub internal expansion card like this:

there are other models as well. 

i believe the X99 Deluxe II came with a Thunderbolt EX3 (which had a USB C reversible port).
