This might be a dumb question, but is it possible to lock a flash drive without any third party programs?

If not, would anyone be able to recommend one?

I know Corsair makes a flashdrive with a padlock on the body.
Take a look here.

You could check out some of their other flashdrives as well, they have many high speed and large capacity flashdrives if that's what you're looking for.
