For those with experiences in overseas travel, any suggestions or thoughts on this?  I'll be heading off to Malaysia in a few months, where the power is 220v, not 110v.  This shouldn't be a problem, since my PSU is the ToughPower 850w (accepts input from 100VAC~240VAC), but still, I'm a bit nervous, since I hear the power there can be unstable.  Anybody with experience taking and using US desktops overseas?
