Vanquish 5 - gray plastic bag inside?

So this morning I am trying to setup my son's new Vanquish 5 for his b'day. I notice through the side window what appears to be a gray bag of some sort inside. Is that supposed to be there?

Hi Apocolytica......    Congrats on the new Vanquish.  Awesome

Yes, the plastic bag inside the left side cover needs to be removed before you fire up the computer. It's  protective packing to prevent the video card and other parts from banging around during shipping.

To remove the bag, remove the thumbscrew on the back of the side cover and slide the cover toward the front and off.  Gently , without snagging anything, remove the packing and you should be all set.

Also be certain to hook up the monitor to the GPU and not the motherboard. GPU connections are further down the back of the case.
