I wonder how much FPS I would get if I set all the settings to the max

I haven't seen any benchmarks for CSGO with a gtx 1050ti .    That game isn't very demanding which should mean 60+ fps on a 1080p monitor, but I can't say for sure.

What monitor resolution do you have ?    That's what determines he graphics card.

I personally wouldn't recommend the gtx 1050 ti as a decent gaming card and would suggest going with a gtx 1060 as a minimum. Big difference in frames with 1060.

Try Googling CSGO with a gtx 1050 ti. There are videos where others did test it.

Higher hertz means you want higher frames to match it for smoother gaming.    A stronger card will give you the added fps to take advantage of the faster refresh rate. That said, I'm not sure about CSGO, but other games, assuming you do play others at some time, will benefit a lot with a 1060 over a 1050 ti.   But budget does determine what you can get.

I just saw a bench that showed the 1050ti getting 114 fps with a 1080 p screen and the gtx 1060 getting 164 fps.   Huge difference.

Hope this helps.

Which one do you think is more worth the price? the 1060 or 1070

I will need around 160-200 FPS when I hook up a 144hz monitor to the computer

Based on the link I posted, the gtx 1060 is what you need, but the gtx 1070 will give you awesome gaming on pretty much any game out there.   My pick is the gtx 1070 if your budget can swing it.
