Just want to see everyone’s opinions. Ordered this PC over two weeks ago, and is still in phase one (payment processed).

Broad question explain what you mean.

Are the retail parts plus cost of the build coincide with what it should cost?

Yes

Is able to do the work you want it to? We can't tell since we don't know your use.

As for what I want it to do, is be able to play many games such as league of legends, WoW, pubg + many more at the top graphics and frame rates.

I am also an IT Technician and love to mess with running VM's and doing many different types of tests on those. Just hoping everything runs very smooth, and getting very eager!

Ok thank you.

For gaming sounds like you play mmo like wow, these game don't use too much gpu power, also you are on 1080p, for this res and fps games (higher gpu demand) we recommend 1070 gtx.

You gave a 1080 gtx which in gaming is actually a waste since 1070 will max you out, more than max is waste.

Having said that your gaming should be fine, 8700k is a great cpu.

For vm, you got 16gb of ram, depending on what kinda vm you are doing IMHO more ram is better.

Does it come with win 10 pro? You know the difference in v for home and pro right.

As far as comes with the PC, no. I do get free licenses for 10 pro through my work, so I would be installing that -- mostly for the case of domain joining, GPM, and somewhat remote desktop (even though I use GoTo assists expert much more)

Ok then if you think the ram is enough then IMHO it is going to give you what you want

Thanks for your input. Getting very eager, I think that's why I'm doubting my purchase. (I know it'll turn out awesome either way)

Lol I mean what is the worst case scenario, if you need more ram you get a bigger set and drop it in, or same with gpu power, etc.

The good thing about custom systems is that you can upgrade every part if you want to

My pleasure and good luck
