Is the Vanquish 7 lvl 2 which is $999 good to play games and all that and have no problem this will be my first gaming pc but I don’t want to get one that’s not gonna do a good job. If I’m able to play fortnite and watch youtube on it then I’m fine with it

Yes Vanquish Level 2 would do that.   

However...if you can swing it, I think the Lynx Level 3 would be a much more future proof and better value selection with the new RTX 2060 video card on board with all current RTX features intact and 6GB VRAM and could play most current gaming titles at mid to high settings at 1080P resolution .   You would also get 16 GB of RAM memory with Lynx Level 3 instead of 8 GB on the Vanquish Level 2.... A better value all around that will help it keep up with new games much longer before needing any upgrades.
