I have bought this computer a little over a month now. Now I am looking at upgrading it some like the gpu an was needing to know how to tell what all is compatible with my current rig. At a low cost.

That motherboard has a single PCie x16 3.0 slot to accept a video card.  That means pretty much any modern video card will fit.  

Depending on the monitor resolution you have and games played, a gtx 1050TI , gtx 1060, gtx 1070 all will fit.    Money also determines how fast a card you want.

That should do it. Just plug the card into the mobo slot, connect the power cables from power supply to video card and fire it up.    Windows should find an initial driver for it, or use the included disc, then update to latest driver from GeForce.

Make sure you move the monitor cable to the new video card connector, which might have plastic caps that need removing to use.
