It's all hooked up and everything arrived immaculately the only concern I have is this fan mate, do I have to install it? I hadn't put it on yet and my PC was feeling a little warm today. I have no idea what the Fan mate thing even does or is :S

If so it is a controller for fan speeds. Look over the reviews and questions on the above link and it will answer a lot.

You can monitor temps and voltages with
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

This will tell you if it is indeed running hot. If it is cool then the option is yours and may be based on COOL IT MORE >'-) or control fan noise for a quiet environment.

You don't really need to worry about using that. Especially for the VANQUISH line.
