I am new to gaming desktops and was looking into getting a Vanquish lvl 4. All the reviews are pretty good, but the biggest complaint is that the H81 motherboard doesn't allow for much upgrading. So this might be a dumb question, but can I upgrade the motherboard? I read in one review that you can't upgrade it, so I just want to find out for sure because 1TB HD is not much space so I would probably need to add an extra HD down the road. Thanks!

You can't change the mobo in the configurator, the Vanquish is pre built, but you can later by yourself.

The H81m mobo has 4 SATA ports. The Vanquish level 4 has an optical drive, SSD and HDD so adding another drive is no problem.

You can also upgrade later to 16gb ram if needed.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Thanks for the help! I plan on buying a Vanquish lvl 4 early next month and I can't wait! Already bought the BioShock trilogy and Skyrim legendary edition, so I will be entertained for a while.

My pleasure and the Vanquish 4 is a definite best bang for your buck.

Love Skyrim and played the first 2 Bioshock. Good gaming.

My Vanquish II Ultimate's first month I put in 300+ hours on Skyrim Legendary... It was the incredible graphics and game play... I was in love.

OopsOnly 300+ hours!? Man, you are spending way too much time hanging around here instead of Tamriel.  Hahaha
